Lisa Coe (Owner)

With a 25 year history of owning, managing and delivering creative brilliance for her clients, Lisa knows how to make both clients and coworkers comfortable. She sets the tone with her good-humored appreciation for the individuality of artists and clients alike, and sets the standard with her polished creative work. Lisa's best work germinates in silence, yet she thrives on client contact (and chocolate). She bears the torch passed by such disparate influences as Dali, Pollock and Rockwell: a sort of surreal audacity; precision-honed and production-friendly. A mother of three energetic gals, Lisa plays piano and enjoys the outdoors in her (hah!) spare time.

Adrian Scholes (Owner)

After more than 12 years developing and managing global marketing programs, Adrian knows a thing or two about what clients need and expect from a marketing agency. A recent recommendation enthused that “Adrian has every quality I could hope for: strategic thinking, creativity, decisive planning, grace under pressure and candor” and “…a person like Adrian is truly a rare gem”. Well, who are we to argue? Adrian is thrilled to put this hands-on experience to work inside the diverse organizations that make up the One Tree Marketing customer list. Adrian is also a passionate photographer and enjoys dragging Lisa outdoors in his spare time.

Heather Hoffman (Senior Designer)

Heather Hoffman is busy, busy, busy. Heather joined Ellicott Design as an intern with a Fine Arts B.A. in 1999, and she's psyched to know that her work is walking around out in the world on DVD covers, brochures and web pages. We're psyched to have her adventurous ways with Photoshop and media applications surprise us time and again. Heather loves Italian food and anything blue (except Italian food), and appreciates cleverness in fellow artists. She exorcises her demons on her four-wheeler, and goes for chick flicks and John Grisham novels.
